You have very poor customer service in India, which seems to be exploited by cyber fraudsters. I had a frustrating experience yesterday and was nearly conned by some crooks.
The numbers listed on your site, 833212****, show as disconnected. The same for another number, 810480****. When you dial these, you get a disconnected message. Immediately afterward, you receive a call back from another number (screenshot attached), and they try to make you pay a small amount or download an app to resolve the issue.
I suspected fraud from their language and methods, so I didn't comply. However, they pose a serious threat to customers and your brand.
